Situation: This attractive complex is located just 250 m from the nearest beach. The town centre, which offers an array of shopping venues, bars, pubs, nightclubs and restaurants, lies just a few minutes walk away. The nearest public transport links are to be found about 150 metres away.

Lodging: All of the apartments come with a combined living/ sleeping room with a sofa bed, a separate bedroom with a double bed, an en suite bathroom and a terrace. The fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, electric oven, microwave and washing machine is also available in each apartment.

Services: Built in 2002, the apartment complex is composed of a 5-floored building, which offers use of a reception with lift, a small supermarket, shops and a hairdresser. Additional facilities include a bar, a pub and a restaurant. Guests may park their cars in the hotel garage.

Sports: Guests may make use of the freshwater swimming pool for children and adults. Sports opportunities include table tennis, a football field and minigolf in the complex grounds.
