Lodging: The accommodation options include: 21 studios for 1 or 2 persons with 2 single beds, which are integrated into the living room/kitchen area. 246 apartments for 2-4 persons include a bedroom with a double bed as well as living/dining room with a sofa bed. All the apartments and studios include a fully-fitted kitchen, bathroom, central heating and air conditioning as well as satellite TV, a telephone and a hire safe.

Services: This apartment hotel was renovated in 2000 and features 281 apartments and studios spread over 5 floors. Facilities on offer include a 24-hour reception desk, a bar and an air-conditioned restaurant buffet restaurant. Additionally, room and laundry services are offered as well as a children's playground, a car park and a garage. The hotel also owns its own charming 3,000m² garden, where guests are invited to while away the hours.
