Situation: This attractive apartment complex lies in a central although peaceful location in the popular tourist district of Lloret de Mar on the Costa Brava, around 500 m from the beach. It offers the perfect location for a relaxing holiday with your family or for an eventful holiday with friends. The centre of Lloret de Mar, with its numerous nightclubs, pubs and restaurants, is within easy reach of the hotel, around 400 metres. The apartment complex is just a 10-minute walk from the tourist centre. Numerous shopping facilities can be found within a 15-minute walk. Guests wishing to visit the surrounding area of the Costa Brava have the opportunity to use the bus station only 600 m from the hotel. The train station is approximately 20 minutes away with public transport. The nearest airport, Gerona, is roughly 34 km away and Barcelona's airport is located around 92 km away

Lodging: All the apartments are fitted with their own bathroom, combined lounge/ bedroom and a separate bedroom with a double bed. Further facilities within the apartments include an American kitchen with a fridge, microwave and toaster. In addition, there is a hire safe, satellite/ cable TV, aire conditioning and heating and a balcony.

Services: The well-maintained apartment complex comprises a total of 17 apartments spread over 3 floors. In the main building, guests will find a lobby, where there is a hire safe in the reception and a lift. There is also a snack bar, a garden and a terrace available for guests to relax in. It also offers Internet access and car park both with additional charge.

Sports: In the outdoor complex guests are offered a swimming pool. Sun loungers and parasols are laid out ready for use (additional charges apply). Furthermore, there are opportunities for guests of all ages, billiards, darts as well as football.
