Situation: This apartment complex is located in the heart of Lloret de Mar. From the building it is only about 300 m to the beach, making it the perfect location for a relaxing holiday with family or for an eventful holiday with friends. There are many shopping venues as well as countless restaurants, bars and nightclubs to be found in the near vicinity. There is also a stop for the public transport just 200 m away, with a bus station 400 m and a railway station 6 km from the hotel. The station can be reached by public transport in about 20 minutes. Girona airport lies around 34 km away, and it is roughly 115 km to Barcelona airport. Barcelona harbour can be reached in some 80 km.

Lodging: Each of the apartments comes with a combined bedroom/ lounge area, one or two separate bedrooms, and an en suite bathroom with a bathtub. Further standard fittings include a kitchenette with a fridge and microwave oven as well as either a balcony or terrace. The heating and air conditioning are individually adjustable.

Services: Established in 2006, this apartment complex comprises a total of 15 apartments spread across five floors. Hotel facilities include lift access and parking for those arriving by car (charges apply).

Sports: On the beach, it is possible to hire sun loungers and parasols. Sports enthusiasts may play a round of golf on the course that lies approximately 2 km away.
