Situation: This apartment is located in a complex in the tourist centre of Salou, approximately 200 m from the nearest sandy beach. There are shops and restaurants to be found in the hotel's immediate vicinity, and bars and pubs as well as links to the public transport network (250 m) are also all to be found within a few minutes walk.

Lodging: All welcoming apartments for 4/6 people come with 2 double-bed rooms, a living room with a sofa bed for 2 persons, a large kitchenette, a completely furnished bathroom and terrace. The apartments for 6/8 people have 3 double-bed rooms, a living room with a sofa, a well-equipped kitchenette, a bathroom and a terrace. Televisions are available for an added fee. These apartments are located in the Iris building and they all include bed sheets and towels (except hand towels), which are changed on a weekly basis.

Services: Built in 1976, the apartment complex is composed of a 5-storey building and offers use of a 24-hour reception with a safe and a lift. Those arriving by car may take advantage of the garage facilities located within the hotel.

Sports: Guests have the opportunity to use the swimming pool from LOS PECES apartment building, which is just 150m far from the hotel.
