Situation: This apartment complex is centrally located, just 200 m from the centre of Lloret de Mar. Beautiful sandy Fanal Beach lies a mere 400 m away; Lloret Beach and the lively town promenade are just slightly further afield, situated 700 m from the hotel. An abundance of shops and entertainment venues are located in the immediate vicinity and it is 300 m to the nearest bus stop. Well worth a visit is the ski area located 60 km away.

Lodging: The tastefully furnished apartments are fitted with tiled en suite bathrooms, a separate sleeping/ living room, a telephone, satellite/ cable TV and Internet access. In addition, they also come with a kitchenette, a fridge, a microwave, a toaster, a dishwasher, glasses and household appliances, as well as a balcony or terrace. Further facilities include a double bed, air conditioning, central heating and a safe and a balcony or terrace.

Services: The complex was renovated in 2004 and consists of 5 floors with a total 120 apartments. Various facilities are available to guests including a vast 2 km² pool and garden complex, a stylish foyer with lifts, safes, a currency exchange desk as well as a 24-hour reception.
