Situation: This apartment complex lies in a large, peaceful park area with plenty of pine trees and is ideal for families with young children. Guests will only be a few minutes away from the beautiful fine-sand beach of Santa Cristina. The town centre, with its plentiful shopping venues, lies only around 20 minutes away. The train station is also about a 20-minute drive from the complex.

Lodging: The well-equipped apartments feature a combined lounge/bedroom with a dining area and a separate bedroom (or two, depending on the type of apartment), as well as an en suite bathroom with bath. Further fittings include satellite/cable TV, a kitchenette with a fridge and microwave and individually regulated heating. From some of the balconies, guests are able to enjoy stunning sea views through the trees. Final cleaning is included in the accommodation price.

Services: Renovated in 2003, this apartment complex comprises a total of 28 apartments situated in two different buildings. Since the town centre is around 3 km away, it is recommended that guests bring their own car or hire one. Each apartment has its own parking space. Younger guests may let off some steam in the children's playground.

Sports: The complex offers an outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers. Sports enthusiasts may also take advantage of the tennis facilities. The nearest golf course is located 2.5 km away. Guests may use the beach towel service free of charge.

Comments: Due to the situation of the complex, the management recommends that guests arrive by car. Dogs are allowed for a surcharge which must be paid on arrival. Check-in is from 4 to 8 pm. In the case of late arrival, guests should inform the complex in advance. Check-out is by 10 am. All guests must leave a cash deposit, which will be refunded on departure.
